Virtual Group Training Sessions

Strategic Thinking

Strategic Thinking & Decision making

🗓️ September 2nd @ 2 pm-5 pm CEST
📍 MS Teams

In today’s fast-moving environment, leaders and professionals are constantly asked to make decisions that shape not only immediate outcomes but also long-term success. The challenge is that we often get pulled into operational details, urgent requests, and quick fixes—leaving little space for truly strategic thinking.

This training is designed to give you that space. Over the course of three blocks, you will:

  • See the Bigger Picture – learn how to step out of the day-to-day and recognize patterns, opportunities, and risks.

  • Make Choices That Matter – explore practical frameworks to make decisions with clarity, balance, and confidence.

  • Turn Insight into Impact – practice how to communicate and implement decisions in a way that gains alignment and drives results.

The focus will be on practical tools and real-life application, not just theory. You will reflect on your own decision-making style, experiment with new approaches, and leave with concrete strategies to use immediately in your role.

Welcome to the Strategic Thinking and Decision Making Self-Assessment

Strategic thinking and decision-making are skills that can be strengthened with practice. This short self-assessment will help you reflect on how you currently approach complex situations, choices, and communication.

There are no right or wrong answers. Be honest with yourself and rate each statement on a scale from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 10 (Strongly Agree). Your responses are for your own reflection and will serve as a starting point for insights and growth during the training.

You will receive a feedback mail in your inbox.
