You'll explore what EQ really means, the key leadership traps that undermine it, and what habits build vs erode your emotional effectiveness. Through real-world examples and engaging exercises, you'll strengthen your self-awareness, understand how you’re perceived by others, and walk away with simple tools to lead with even more clarity, empathy, and impact.
